The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children have their first orthodontic evaluation by age 7. Early evaluation helps detect potential issues and allows for timely intervention if needed.

Yes! We provide orthodontic care for patients of all ages. Many adults choose Invisalign or traditional braces to improve their smiles and correct bite issues.

The best way to determine the right treatment is through an orthodontic consultation. We assess your teeth, bite alignment, and personal preferences to recommend the best option.

Invisalign uses clear, removable aligners, making it more discreet and convenient. Traditional braces are fixed to the teeth and use brackets and wires to straighten them. Both options are effective, but the best choice depends on your needs.

Treatment time varies depending on the severity of the case, but on average, braces and Invisalign treatments last between 12 to 24 months.

During your consultation, we will examine your teeth, take X-rays or digital scans, discuss treatment options, and answer any questions you may have.

Regular checkups are typically scheduled every 4 to 8 weeks to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.

In some cases, tooth extractions may be necessary to create space, but many patients can be treated without extractions. We will evaluate your specific needs during the consultation.

In some cases, patients may transition from braces to Invisalign, but it depends on the progress and complexity of the case.

The cost of treatment depends on factors such as treatment duration, complexity, and the type of braces or aligners chosen. We provide detailed cost estimates during your consultation.

Avoid hard, sticky, or chewy foods like popcorn, caramel, gum, and hard candies, as they can damage brackets and wires.

For braces, brush and floss carefully around brackets and wires. For Invisalign, rinse aligners daily and brush them with a soft toothbrush and mild soap.

Contact our office as soon as possible for an appointment. In the meantime, orthodontic wax can help prevent discomfort.

Retainers are essential to maintaining your new smile. Most patients wear retainers full-time for a few months, then transition to nighttime wear indefinitely.

Yes! For sports, we recommend wearing a mouthguard. Most musicians can adjust to braces quickly with practice. Invisalign may be more comfortable for wind instrument players.

Yes, we accept most major dental insurance plans. Our team can help verify your coverage and maximize your benefits.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans and financing options to make treatment affordable for you and your family.

If you have concerns about payments, please contact our office as soon as possible. We can discuss options to help keep your treatment on track.

Some insurance plans cover Invisalign similarly to braces, while others may have restrictions. We can check your benefits to see what’s covered.

Invisalign and traditional braces have similar costs, though Invisalign may be slightly higher depending on treatment complexity. We provide detailed pricing during your consultation.
